Our factory is located on more than 50 acres of land, and is equipped with the most modern technology machinery and production lines that have high standards.

We use a unique rubber curing machine called Bladder-O-Matic, or BOM. It is a modern machine, which only factories that produce high quality tire are using. Moreover, the factory is also equipped with other machines such as a banbury, which is monitored by computer. A bead wire grommet machine that releases heat to the wire, so that the rubber is firmly stuck to the bead. A tread extrusion machine with a Cold Feed screw system, that is designed specifically to increase rubber density.
